Refundable Cases

Received cancellation request 30+ minutes before purchase
Item was sold out before purchase
*Applies to both online and offline orders
Lunarcat purchased the wrong item
Seller shipped the wrong item
Seller did not ship the item
*Only after 2 weeks have passed after purchase
Item condition is different than listed
*Not refundable for damages that are not described by the original listing
Lunarcat entered a wrong shipping address.
*Non-refundable if the customer provided a wrong address.
Lunarcat ships the wrong item

Non-Refundable Cases

Lunarcat already purchased or made a bid
Item damaged or lost during shipping (with insurance)
Item returned/destroyed/confiscated by customs
Customer no longer wants the item
Counterfeit/authenticity issues found.
*Some platforms provide authentication services.

Insurance

Lunarcat Insurance

Things can happen during shipping.
And couriers do not always provide compensation even if the parcel was insured.
So we issue our own insurance for stronger customer protection.

Cost 3% of (item price + shipping cost)
Coverage
  • Damaged items: 100% of declared value for affected items
  • Lost parcel: 100% shipping cost + 100% declared item value

Exclusions

  • Customs seizure or destruction
