We charge 10-15% of the item price depending on payment method. We are happy to provide discounts for items above value of 100,000 JPY. This includes purchase handling, quality inspection, and domestic processing. Shipping costs are separate and calculated based on weight, size, and your preferred shipping method via Japan Post.

Do you offer any purchase protection?

We accept secure online payments through Paypal and Wise. After we confirm your order details and calculate the item costs and fees, we'll send you a payment link via email or dashboard for safe and convenient payment.

For auctions, we require you to pay for your maximum bid upfront before making the bid.
We will initially bid at 50% of your maximum bid, and then increase the bid gradually if a competitor overbids the current one.

Based on the winning bid amount, any excess payments will be refunded within 24 hours.
