How much does Japanese proxy service cost?

We charge 10~15% of item price for items that can be bought online, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Auction bidding has variable pricing based on final bid amount. Check our detailed fee structure for all service types including in-person shopping and domestic delivery.

Are there any hidden fees in your proxy service?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All fees are clearly listed: purchase fees, optional storage fees, and shipping costs. You pay exactly what's shown with no surprise charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods through Paypal or Wise. You'll receive payment links for each stage of your order.

Do you charge storage fees?

Items are safely stored in our warehouse with reasonable storage periods included. Extended storage over 60 days will incur additional fees as outlined in our fee structure.

2. Storage Fees

Items are stored for free during your tier-based free storage period. After that, storage fees apply.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer international shipping via Japan Post.
For U.S. customers, we are temporarily offering services via FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination.
