We will check whether the review was posted and manually issue a ¥500 coupon.

Eligibility

A coupon is issued only where one of the following applies:
- (a) An order is marked Complete.
- (b) A shipment is marked Delivered.
Requirements
- The review must be posted on Trustpilot within fourteen (14) days of the event in (a) or (b).
- The review must be a five star rating.
- The review must remain published.
How to claim
- Post your review on Trustpilot.
- Use the Report your submission form below to tell us you have posted a review.
- We will check if a review was posted and issue a coupon manually.
Terms
- One coupon may be claimed per customer every two (2) months.
- Each coupon expires one (1) month from issuance.
- The coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon.
- Trustpilot may remove reviews it deems to relate to an invalid transaction. No coupon will be issued for a removed review.
