Lunarcat supports purchases that require a purchase to a physical location.

Fees

Fees are calculated similar to online orders.

However, offline orders may also include:

Area fee
Time charge
Entry ticket cost
Food (For collaboration cafes where a food order is mandatory; charging for the cheapest menu)

Area Fee

The area fee is the minimum fee charged depending on the location.

Time Charge

A time charge will be incurred once we use more than 45 minutes for the purchase (excluding transportation time).
The time charge is ¥1,000 per extra 15 minutes.

Entry Ticket Cost

For events where a ticket is required to enter, customers will be charged for the ticket cost.
If there are multiple customers requesting for the same event, we will split the ticket costs evenly.

Special Case

Featured Events

No time charge, no ticket cost for selected events.
Some Comiket/Comitia/Comic City will be treated as Featured Events, if shown on the home page banner.

Netprint

Area fee ¥1,000, then +¥100 per extra netprint code.

FAQ

Can you shop anywhere in Japan?

No, we no longer service areas where our agents are not located.

Only Tokyo and Kanagawa are supported.

Can you cover multiple stores in one trip?

If the stores are located within walkable distance of each other, less than 15 minutes by foot, we can cover them in one trip.

If you ask us to cover different areas, for example Shinjuku (¥6,000) and Ikebukuro (¥6,000), we will consider this as two different trips and charge ¥12,000 as the area fee.

What if all items are sold out when you visit?

We no longer waive all costs when an item cannot be purchased.

¥3,000 will be charged for unsuccessful trips.

Akihabara is an exception. No costs will be incurred for unsuccessful purchases there.

Can you do live video shopping?

No. However we can do a live chat under certain circumstances.

This page covers only the cost for purchasing.
