Lunarcat is a Japanese proxy service. We buy from any Japanese online store and ship worldwide.
We also handle many items other proxies refuse, and assist with the necessary paperwork.

You may also use us to purchase and ship many items that no other services allow.
Some items need paperwork to be shipped or pass customs.

Flammable items can be shipped only domestically.
We will only purchase these items if you will be shipping domestically or picking up from our office.

Some items cannot be purchased.

Fees
Supported payment methods are PayPal, including credit and debit cards, and Wise. Everything is charged in JPY.
The purchase fee is calculated by comparing the following values and charging whichever is the highest:
Per order

Per unique item
¥200
Per parcel
¥500
Percentage
15% max
10 items from Mercari: ¥500 × 10.
5 items from Amazon and 5 items from Mercari: ¥200 × 5 + ¥500 × 5.
*The per-parcel fee applies to websites where each listing is shipped separately.

About Our Service
We use an agent system, where one agent takes care of your orders from purchase to delivery.
We have the shortest processing time for manual orders out of all Japanese proxy services. Most orders between Mon-Sun 9AM-11PM are processed within a few minutes to a few hours at most.

Can I cancel my order?
If we have not placed the order, yes.
If we have placed the order, no.
Refund policy
Unpurchased items: the item cost and associated fees will be refunded, after we purchase all other items in that order.
Item condition different from the listing description: the item cost and associated fees will be refunded. This is limited to visible cosmetic defects and to the functions of new digital products. We do not guarantee functionality for used digital products.
