General

What kinds of items can I request?
You can request almost any product, as long as it's not illegal and comes from a trustworthy source.

I do not accept forwarding requests for packages.

I may contact them for logistics, but I will not negotiate prices.
Items over 120 cm in total size (L+W+H) or items exceeding 10 kilograms.
It depends on the item.
For products containing flammable substances (such as perfumes or paint pens), couriers usually require a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) to determine whether shipping is allowed. While an SDS can be requested from the manufacturer, it is often not provided.
Lighters can be shipped if it's empty and disassembled. But there are dangers that it will not pass the customs.

Do you accept business or bulk procurement requests?
Yes, I can assist with business procurement, bulk orders, or recurring purchases at lower rates.

Fees

How are the fees calculated for offline shopping?
An hourly fee (rounded up to the nearest 10 minutes) of ¥3,500, calculated from the moment I leave my residence to the moment I return.
If there are multiple items to buy, one hourly fee applies for all.
If the shopping total exceeds 10kg, we will charge an extra ¥3,000 per each extra 10kg.

Shipping

Can I choose the international shipping method?
Unless it's a special request involving dangerous goods, I will use Japan Post. But you may choose the shipping method (EMS, Small Parcels, etc.) as long as it's supported in your country.
