What is a proxy service?

That's where we come in — we purchase the item on your behalf, handle all communication, and manage the logistics so you can receive the product without stress.

We can communicate with sellers on your behalf in Japanese. Just let us know what questions you have, and we'll translate and relay the information. This service is included at no extra charge for reasonable inquiries.

Do you combine multiple items into one package?

Yes! We offer package consolidation to help you save on international shipping costs. There's a ¥200 fee per consolidation request, and items arriving within a reasonable timeframe can be combined into a single shipment.

Can I cancel an order?

Before Purchase: Yes, you can cancel anytime before we purchase the item.
After Purchase: Cancellations depend on the seller's return policy. We'll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee refunds for items already purchased.
Auctions: Bids cannot be cancelled once placed.

How are shipping fees calculated?

International shipping is calculated based on actual weight and dimensions of your package. We offer multiple shipping options from budget-friendly to express delivery.

What languages do you support?

What are restricted items?

I'm traveling to Japan. Can I buy items first and have them delivered to my hotel?

Absolutely! We offer domestic delivery within Japan, perfect for travelers. We can purchase items in advance and deliver them to your hotel or other address during your stay. This service helps you secure limited items before your trip.

Special Categories

Airsoft Guns & Toy Weapons

We have successfully helped customers ship airsoft guns from Japan. These items often require extra handling, but we are happy to assist at a reasonable fee. For US shipments, we can arrange orange muzzle coloring when required by law.

Lighters

Lighters can be shipped but must be disassembled and sanitized to meet international shipping regulations. We handle this process and obtain necessary sanitary certificates to ensure safe transport.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages (sake, whiskey, wine) are highly restricted by most international carriers and require special permits. Currently, we can only handle alcohol for domestic shipping within Japan.

Perfumes, Paint Pens, and other flammable items

Items containing alcohol or flammable substances require Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and special dangerous goods handling. Currently, these items are only available for domestic shipping within Japan due to international carrier restrictions.

Perishable foods

We can handle perishable food items that require refrigeration during transit. We arrange shipments using specialized cool delivery services to keep items fresh. Please note that import regulations for food vary by country.

Plants

Plants and seeds are subject to phytosanitary certificates and import permits. We coordinate with agricultural authorities to ensure proper documentation and handling, but approval depends on your country's specific regulations.

Shipping

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! All shipment options we provide include tracking numbers. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched from our warehouse.

Fees

How much do you charge?

Service Fee: 15% of item price (minimum ¥100 per item)
Wise Discount: Pay with Wise and get 10% service fee instead!
Package Consolidation: ¥200 per request
Storage: Free for 60 days, then ¥1,000/month
