New User’s Guide

[Getting Started]

Step 1: Access Your Account

①② Navigate to the 'Login' menu or to the 'Order Now" button to login or create a new account.


Step 2: Login or Register

Login or register using your Google account.

Login if you already have a Lunarcat account.

Register directly with email.


While you can skip entering detailed information during registration, we strongly encourage you to provide at least your phone number, name, and shipping address. This prevents delays when processing your orders, as we need to know the destination for shipping calculations.


Step 3: Your Dashboard

Access the order form to place new orders.

Update your profile information.

Logout from your account.

Delete your account.


Step 4: Placing Your Order

Fill out the order form with the following information:

  • Item Name: For your reference – enter the product name or description.
  • Link: Paste the URL of the item you want to purchase.
  • Quantity: Leave blank for single items, or specify if buying multiple.
  • Options: Only fill if the product has variants (size, color, etc.).
  • Price: Enter the listed price, or the current bidding amount for auctions.
  • Comments: Add any special instructions, maximum bid amounts, or questions.

Adding Multiple Items:

Use the delete button (×) to remove item boxes.

Click “Add Another Product” to order multiple different items.


Step 5: Order Management

Order Number: Reference this number for all communication with us.

Item Details: Complete list of everything in your order.

Order Status:

  • Pending = We’re reviewing your order.
  • You’ll receive a payment link after review.

Cancel Order: Available only before payment and purchase.

Action Required: Appears when you need to make payment or choose shipping.

Combine Orders: Check multiple orders and combine them for shipping savings.


What Happens Next?

Order Review: We review your order within 12 hours.

Payment Link: You’ll receive an email notification with the payment link.

Purchase Confirmation: We buy your items and notify.


Important Notes for New Users

Auction Items: Always specify your maximum bid in comments.

Out of Stock: We will issue a full refund if items are unavailable.

Payment: Supported payment methods are Paypal and Wise.

Communication: If you have an inquiry, please reference your order number.
