Service Fee: Area-based fee OR 15% of item price, whichever is higher

Wise Discount: Pay with Wise and get 10% service fee instead when the percentage applies!

Our area-based fee covers in-person travel, transit fare, and time spent shopping:

Need shopping outside these areas?

We accept orders for locations throughout Japan! For areas not listed above, we'll provide a custom quote based on travel distance and time required. Area-based fees are capped at a maximum of ¥10,000.

Additional Fees

Long queues or multi-stop trips: Extra fee may apply for waiting over an hour or visiting multiple locations.

Event tickets: If we need to attend an event, you'll cover the ticket cost.
