Supported Item Categories

All standard items supported by other proxy services can be purchased.
You may also use us to purchase and ship many items that no other services allow, including:

Airsoft
Watches
Fountain pen inks
Food
Glasses and sunglasses
Animal products
Plants
Any other product that can be shipped with a permit or proper documentation

Some items will need paperwork for export/import and may incur our service charges. See Special Categories.

Restrictions

Flammable items including perfumes, alcohols, and alcohol-based stationary/cosmetics cannot be shipped overseas.
We will only purchase these items if you will be shipping domestically or picking up from our office.

Items containing lithium-ion batteries can be shipped only if the battery is contained inside a device.

Fees and Payment Methods

Supported payment methods are PayPal, including credit and debit cards, and Wise.
Everything is charged in JPY.

Our purchase service fee starts from 15% of the item price and decreases with your user tier.

A minimum fee applies to each order:

Fixed Price: ¥600 per order (an order can include multiple items).
If your order includes more than 3 items, the minimum fee is increased by ¥200 per additional item.
Auctions: ¥600 per winning listing.

About Our Service

We use an agent system, where one agent takes care of your orders from purchase to delivery.

We have the shortest processing time for manual orders out of all Japanese proxy services. Most orders between Mon-Sun 9AM-11PM are processed within a few minutes to a few hours at most.

FAQ

Why are your fees so high?

Our percentage is indeed higher than other proxies that advertise a flat fee rate.

However, flat fee pricing does not show the full cost because we charge based on JPY, while other proxies play with the FX rate. When you think you are paying a ¥500 fee per item, you are actually paying around ¥500 and then paying 5-7% on top of that price.

In reality, the purchase pricing, including fees, is only around 1-5% more expensive compared to major proxies like Buyee.

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not placed the order or bid, yes.

If we have placed the order, no.

Bids can be cancelled only if someone outbids our current bid.

Refund policy

Unpurchased items: the item cost and associated fees will be refunded.

This will be done after we purchase all other items in that order.

Item condition different from the listing description: the item cost and associated fees will be refunded.

This is limited to cosmetic defects that can be seen visually, and for functions of new digital products.
We do not guarantee functionality for used digital products.

Can you purchase time-sensitive items?

When you order through the order form, please indicate that sales will start on what date and time.

Your agent will do their best to purchase immediately when the sale starts.

Are there any other additional costs?

This page covers only the cost for purchasing.
