Overview of the Lunarcat System.
The Lunarcat system is designed to provide the ultimate freedom to our customers.
Every order moves through three stages: Order, Storage, and Shipping.
How to order
Place your order through the order form.
You can request us to purchase (Online | Offline), or obtain the item yourself (Forwarding) and ship it to our address.
Items in storage
Once items arrive at our office they appear in your storage dashboard.
You can see the item names, free storage period, weight, and values.
Storage is charged at ¥50 per day once your items exceed your free storage period.
The fee is charged once per final parcel to be shipped out, based on the oldest item inside the parcel.
Prepare to ship
Request prepare your items for shipping or pick up.
The customs declaration can be done yourself, or entrusted to us for a fee.
Once we process this request, you will receive an email notification.
Then you can ship your items.
Ship your items
Select the shipping method and whether to prepay the import fees.
You can track your shipment from Mypage.
